Commencing his legal career as a prosecutor in the Treasure Coast area, Mr. Wagner honed his understanding of the criminal justice system. During this tenure, he successfully prosecuted cases spanning white collar crimes, murder, and crimes against children.

Opting for a change, Mr. Wagner transitioned to a role as an insurance defense lawyer at a respected firm in Stuart, Florida. Unbeknownst to him at the time, this experience proved invaluable, positioning him as one of the foremost insurance defense lawyers in the region. His reputation caught the attention of prominent law firms, leading to his recruitment by one of the state’s largest personal injury firms.

Currently dedicated to aiding those who have suffered serious injuries, Mr. Wagner leverages his unique background defending insurance companies to champion the cause of victims. His extensive experience enables him to adeptly negotiate and communicate with insurance companies, securing optimal compensation for his clients.
